About the Firm
White & Associates is an American-Canadian law firm, with its own office in Moscow, Russia since 1992. The firm was founded by Kenneth White, an honors graduate of the George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C. Mr. White, who has worked in all three branches of the U.S. government, including the State and Commerce Departments, U.S. Congress, and District of Columbia Superior Court, is licensed by the State of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia and is a member of the D.C. and 9th Circuit Courts of Appeals and D.C. District Court bars. He is fluent in the Russian language; has conducted several seminars on immigration and business topics; and is the author of the book "U.S. Nonimmigrant Visas," as well as dozens of articles in the Russian-language press. Mr. White has also served as the Editor of two books: "Nonimmigrant Visas to the U.S." and "Immigrant Visas to the U.S." Mr. White is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association; the American Chamber of Commerce of Russia; Invest in America; the Canadian Bar Association; and the Canadian Business Association of Russia.
White & Associates has been particularly successful over the years in helping clients obtain fiancee, business, work, and immigrant visas. White & Associates has represented and provided a "Bridge to the West" for our CIS-based clients in immigration matters before U.S. and Canadian embassies and consulates. We are experienced in resolving complicated visa issues, including overcoming prior visa rejections and ineligibilities, as well as securing waivers. In addition to our immigration practice, the firm has represented business clients in arbitration proceedings, debt collection negotiations, business and franchise acquisitions, and U.S. trademark, copyright, and company registration. The firm's practice is not limited geographically, as the principals of W&A have traveled on behalf of clients to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Georgia, South America, South Africa, Malta, the U.K., Belgium, Poland and other European countries.

Graduated from Voronezh University (Law Faculty), Russia. MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Nottingham University Business School, UK. The first Russian national with a MBA degree in CSR. Specialisation - CSR Development in Russia. Admitted to the Bar in Russia and Canada. Specialization: CSR/Sustainable Development consulting, corporate finance and investments; international trade and trade finance; international arbitration and debt recovery; international tax planning and harmonisation; immigration law. He is the author of numerous articles about the firm's specialties (immigration, international banking and investment, tax law, debt collection, etc.)
